Product Information
PawMelle makes everyday paw care products for dogs, including dog paw balm and dog paw cleaner. Our products are intended for daily paw hygiene, moisture support, and general paw care only.
PawMelle products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. We aim to describe our products accurately, but small differences in colour, scent, or packaging can occur.
Always supervise your dog when applying any paw care product. Please contact a veterinarian if your dog has bleeding, open wounds, swelling, signs of infection, severe itching, severe pain, or any ongoing paw problems. PawMelle products are not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. All prices are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment has been completed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to fulfil it.
Limitation of Liability
PawMelle provides its products and website with care, but to the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Because every dog is different, you are responsible for using our products as directed and for seeking veterinary advice when your dog’s paws need it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
